Mysore Builders’ Charitable Trust (MBCT) was formed and registered in 2004 with the past Chairman of BAI and the incumbent Chairman and Secretary of BAI as its trustees.

MBCT has a new building with auditorium and other amenities, in Vishveshwara Nagar the offices of the trust as well as our centre are located in the same premises..

The trust has a number of noble objectives including Training programmes for Masons, Painters and other artisans connected with the Construction Industry in addition to creating social awareness on several public issues.

It works towards the welfare of construction workers and their families . A full fledged training centre has been imparting skill upgradation to the construction workers.

Additionally a regular dispensary has been setup to take care of the health needs of the families of construction workers.

Under the ambit of MBCT, skill development programs have been planned in collaboration with Construction Industry Development council Of India, (CIDC)
